6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course admission fees, examination fees, and digital training charges once remitted are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if an applicant experiences accidental multiple payments for the same transaction, or if a refund claim is officially evaluated and sanctioned by Sith Group of Institute:
Processing Timeline: The approved refund amount will be credited back to the customer's original bank account or payment method within 10 working days.
